Security

The course, document tools, and Personalized Help require a member session. Accounts are invite-only. Public pages stay open. The member workspace and admin area check the session before they render.

Do not rely on noindex metadata as access control. Workspace URLs are excluded from sitemaps but must still be protected by your auth layer.

Browser tools keep files in the tab. Operational details for any later server processing (encryption in transit, isolation, retention) will be documented in the privacy policy as they are decided.
